The following warranty is granted only to the INITIAL Consumer who has purchased our product on the Date of Purchase by the Consumer.The Consumer must have a warranty registration card filed Supremevalue to receive service.
One year Warranty:
For the life of the PCB of cameras, from the date of purchase from us, in the event of defective materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace at our option.
Shipping cost: For first three months, Supremevalue bears shipping costs of both sides. For the rest 9 months, Supremevalue and buyers bear each side shipping cost, half to half.
30 Days Warranty:
For the period of 30 days from the date of purchase, in the event of defective materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace at our option with any new or reconditioned components any of the following
While charging batteries, it is normal for the battery charger to heat up. Heat coming from the battery charger does not constitute a defect.
For shipping, after the date the buyers collected the goods, within 7 days Supremevalue bears both sides shipping costs, within 30 days half to half with buyers.
Buyers must provide evidence (pictures, videos etc) to prove the defects are due to defective materials or workmanship, and agreed by Supremevalue.
For manual damages by buyers, Supremevalue would not bear the shipping costs and maintenance costs.
For accessories that have exceeded warranty period, or the parts that are not in the warranty, Supremevalue provides lifetime maintenance for them.
Buyers provide pictures and or videos to the defected part(s), and Supremevalue technology department will timely study the case, and provide expert advices on how to repair to the buyer within 2 working days.
Buyers can buy from us the accessories they need for replacement, always at our rock bottom factory prices.
